I couldn't believe it when the results were tallied last night. After just one week of boot camp, men were posting weight loss totals of 9 lbs, 15 lbs, 7 lbs, 6 lbs. Women were posting totals of 7 lbs, 6 lbs, 13 lbs, 4lbs.
