The details

Enrollment period: 3/3/25-4/11/25 (early-bird special from 3/3-3/31)

Start date: Sunday 4/13/25

End date: Saturday 5/10/25

Requirements: a Facebook account so you can join our private challenge group, a set of resistance bands (we have one we recommend for about $35 on Amazon) OR a gym membership.

YOUR BEST Four Weeks Fitness Plan

We will have two workout plans! One for those who workout at home (resistance bands required), and one from the gym for those with a membership. Each week we will deliver six workout opportunities for home and gym that will accommodate several fitness levels!

LIVE WORKOUTS!

Tuesday evening live workout (via private Facebook page): 7pm-7:30pm CST (available for replay throughout the challenge)

Saturday morning live workout (via private Facebook page): 8am-8:45am CST (available for replay throughout the challenge)

These workouts will be at home with resistance bands and bodyweight.

VIDOE WORKOUTS!

Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday: A 90-second workout summary video and workout outline for home and gym.

INJURY LAB!

Wednesday live injury lab discussion/Q&A: 12pm-12:15pm (3/19-knee pain, 3/26-back pain, 4/2-shoulder pain, 4/9-TBD by challenge participants)

YOUR BEST FOUR WEEKS NUTRITION PLAN

Each participant will receive a recipe list including over 40 amazing Paleo recipes (dairy-free, gluten-free, refined sugar-free), four blank menu templates to fill out (one for each week), a weekly plan for what which recipes Adam will be making, and a weekly grocery list of what Adam will be buying to cook and eat. ACCOUNTABILITY AND COMMUNITY

Each day of the challenge will include a brief video message from me. We will tackle mindset, habit forming, hydration tricks, specifics for biological differences for men and women, etc. The content calendar is chock-full of life-changing ideas and reminders!
